Yet again a poor night in the trap......for moths anyway. A fairly clear night with a 10mph S wind and temperature still a little low as it dropped below 6°C at times. But for some reason it seems to be a magnet for Black Carrion Beetles or Nicrophorus humator. Lat night I had a high count of 4!
Moth wise, it was bare bones again-
- Clouded Drab- 2
- Hebrew Character
- Common Quaker
- Small Quaker
Hi Matt
ReplyDeleteCould you confirm my blog is working now?? I'm sure the Moths will begin to start to pick up soon, only the last few times have I seen an improvement in numbers.

Look forward to the post! great! I'd somehow fudged the html coding, I will work on a fix for the top picture for IE, its a randomn header coding, where a different species is displayed everytime.
ReplyDeleteAll the best and thanks for highlghting the problem!
