The thin grey line.....31/05

Well it's one of them.......It's another of these Grey Spruce Carpets! If I was a betting man, I would be leaning towards Spruce........


Spruce/Grey Pine Carpet?
1st time the trap has been out in 4 days. Unfortunately not too much about.......
  1. Pale Mottled Willow- 2
  2. Buff-tip
  3. Shuttle-shaped Dart
  4. Common Pug
  5. Treble Lines
  6. Spruce Carpet?
  7. Turnip Moth
  8. Garden Pebble
  9. White-shouldered House-moth
  10. Brown House-moth
  11. Light Brown Apple Moth

    I get a few of these 'inbetweeners' every now and again. I have had 'classics' of both species this year too.
